Metal Magic Spacelords and Other Madness!

Been too long since the last post, so here's some of the classic German sci fi line of Spacelords from Metal Magic, a line that EM4 Miniatures is so kindly rereleasing to all us fans! For your consideration, some Wartech SEC troopers I finished recently, plus some extras and a hover tank built from a plastic cheese container, a large plastic Christmas ornament, and assorted bits and bobs:

If you want some of those nifty Spacelords figures, contact Doug over at EM4 Miniatures and get after him for a listing of what's available. He's so far been churning out Wartechs and speeder bikes, Phagons and Phagon Battleclones galore, and hopefully soon he'll have more of the Yoyodyne Shigaru and the Sardakyn Legion, which as far as your humble correspondent is concerned remain some of the very best powered armor figure in 28mm ever.

Also, there's a second iteration of this hefty Imperial Terran blower tank in our storage unit. I'll see if I can scare it up plus some other things kitbashed and AFV for next time, so keep your TBD receivers tuned to this galactic frequency for further transmissions from the fringe of Known Space...

    3. Thank you, kind armored sir! If ever you manage to attend Celesticon, I am in the habit of holding an open kitbashing "clinic" on Sundays during the later afternoon. Yes, you too can become a mad genius of recycling with an attitude! >;)

    1. Bacon! How are you?! They are classics, aren't they? I have more it turns out of the Phagon Battleclones and just finished up a few extras for the Wartechs shown in this blog entry, plus the female adventurer armed with the auto laser.

Should have some pix taken next week of those plus the Cobalt not-Vargrs and other 28mm sci-fi. I am getting set to post some new starship pix in a few minutes, so stay tuned... >;)

    1. Doug over at Moonraker Miniatures has been systematically putting the line back into production: http://moonrakerminiatures.com

The Cybertech Bunkerbreakers are in production to a limited but useful extent thus far, and the Yoydyne just got their heavy machine gunners back, so I urge anyone who appreciates these classic figures to encourage Doug by throwing a little cash his way and get to a-paintin' and gamin' with these if at all humanly possible.

I just added six of the Yoyodyne HMg gunners to my Yoydyne platoon WiP, and hope to finish the whole kit and kabootle of 'em up before the next month ends! Thanks for viewing! :)
